Manufacturing Phase : NexTeks goal is to minimize hazardous and other emissions and waste during the manufacturing process. NexTek will: a. use minimal amounts of volatile organic solvents, b. not release ozone depleting CFC materials in the manufacturing process of products or in packaging material, c. reuse returned packaging material for reorders, if packaging material is returned to NexTek in usable condition, d. recycle or properly dispose of waste material.

Product Content: NexTek will fully comply with the EU RoHS directive of February 2003, including lead free production, with the following status:

As specified for the individual product.

NexTek will provide certification of RoHS compliance on shipments after 01-JAN-06.

The Certificate of Compliance, date code and shipment date according to the above table will identify compliant devices, part numbers will not change.

Post Shipment: NexTek will accept and recycle or dispose of, as appropriate, product and packaging material, if returned to NexTek.
